Our guest table
Our "table d'hôtes" option offers you the opportunity to join us for dinner on certain evenings of the week (reservations required). Let yourself be surprised by meals prepared with love and creativity by Hilde, who draws inspiration from international cuisine. Meals are served at the communal table, either inside in our dining room or on the terrace when the weather permits.
Prices:
€29.00 per person (excluding drinks),
€15.00 for children aged 8 to 12 years,
€10.00 for children under 8 years old.

Some of Hilde's dishes
- Starter: warm goat cheese salad, creamy vegetable soup, grilled apricots with burrata and roasted pistachios
- Main course: salmon and spinach lasagne, plancha evening (meat*, fish or vegetarian), baked Saint Nectaire cheese with potatoes, quiche according to the inspiration of the moment.
- Dessert: apple pie, chocolate fondant, tarte tatin, homemade sorbets, flambéed bananas and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- Cheeses from Auvergne (supplement €5.00)
Our cheeses come from Ferme Auvergnate, a shop located in the heart of the village of Saint Germain Lembron where you will be pampered by Chantal and Mireille, and from the Houbert cheese factory in Issoire.

From 8:30 AM, we invite you for breakfast on the terrace or in the dining room.
Coffee, tea, chocolate, bread, croissants, yogurts, jam, honey, seasonal fruits and fruit juices will be offered to you every morning to give you a boost of energy before you set off to discover our beautiful Auvergne region.
